Apple Cider Vinegar

You have heard its good for you but the taste is holding you back? Well yesterday I made a warm drink with ACV and honey and enjoyed it. Yes it taste pretty darn good! So good I started my day off with it.  Now don't get me wrong I had messed up the portions in my first cup and had to pour some out and add more water.
Today I heated may water in a tea pot and added about a tbsp of ACV with a teaspoon of honey. It was a good way to start my morning. With the benefits of drinking ACV for healthy weight management I will try to drink this before I eat. Having something warm helps you eat less too.
